Question Can't Get A Response From Combination Motorsports.

I've heard noting but good things about this company in the past, but I can't seem to get a response back from them on their new cams. I emailed them Sunday night and never heard anything back from them. So I emailed them again Wednesday and still haven't heard anything back from them. I'm sure it's just that they're busy, but I was wondering if anybody else has had a problem with getting a response back from them? Thanks.

I got my cam and rockers from them, but I called them. They are busy everytime I've called them, but they always answered my questions.

I don't always count on email when I want a timely response. Best bet is to call them.

I've found that the best way to get a hold of them is to call them. Email is okay, but phone is still the best. It takes a lot of time to explain a cam in an email (unless you are a 100wpm typist, which I'm pretty sure they are not )

No, I wasn't being negative about it. I was just aksing if anybody ever had any trouble getting a response from them. Thats all. I guess that I shouldn't have questioned them so fast though, because I just checked my mail and had a response from them. It just took longer than I expected.

It is tugh to find ANYTHING wrong with these guys.

Greta prices, great parts, order is always correct, delivered on time. You can't beat it.

If the worse thing to say about them is "not responding to e-mail quickly" than that says ALOT obout them. Alot of places would like to have that as the "worse" comment against them, LOL.

I have always called and never had a problem. I have never used the e-mail so I am not sure how well it works. They are ALWAYS busy and phones usually take priority over e-mail. Cam selection would be better discussed over the phone anyway. You can cover alot more in a 10 minute phone call than you can in HOURS of e-mailing back in forth.

Try calling them, they will not disappoint you.

Lloyd

Combination guys are awesome;
When they had their timing chain intro purchase on, I had ordered one, and it hadn't come when I expected it to, it turns out that they were held up in customs, and so I had just called and cancelled my order, well combination called back to see what the problem was and if everything was alright, I explained the situation and I thought it was left at that. A few weeks later I got a FREE timing chain in the mail, with a letter apologizing for the hold up and to top it off, they put some money in my account for future purchases.....These guys are by far the best people I have ever encountered dealing with a business, straight up and honest. Now if i would ever want or need anything for my car, I will check with them first.

Not trying to spoil the party guys but........

The guideplates didn't come yesterday, but i'm pretty confident they'll come monday. I just posted that to show that they're human, I'd still recommend them to anyone.

I think there are a lot of places that have a tough time keeping up to date answering email, you want answers just call them and avoid vague emails back and forth answering all the questions that pop up.
