Personally I would get pro mags instead of just the mags. And if you can get a picture of the bottom side of the roller tip I could tell you if it's SA or not.

Main difference from what I can see is my Pro Mags have a roller 'body' ? on them, too. And yes that is a good deal I suppose. I paid about 170 for my pro mags in 'like new' condition (looked like they had never been used).

IMO, I would not spend the money on roller tipped rockers. You get more benefit from the full roller design. More bang for the buck with the full rollers.

These are not self aligning rockers, this particular type can be distinguished from the top side because the aligning shims are visible from top. If you use these you must use guide plates and hardened pushrods.
I think most of the power gained from a rocker swap is due to the increased lift and the power difference between full rollers and roller tipped ones is marginal. The full rollers help reduce oil temp due to reduced friction.
