Pics don't work. But that being said I would go with NGK's as that is the most common plug used in our motors these days and great quality.

Ask Lloyd and see what he has to say; he told me autolite 104 for my le1 355 with 11:6:1 compression.

That was a great tip, after all he basically designed the engine I just put it together. lol. I emailed him and being the great business man that he is, he responded very fast and with a great recommendation. Here is what he had to say:

I would use an Autolite 104 plug gapped at .035".

I am sure that you will be THRILLED once the car is all tuned out and running well.

That's why I recommended talking to him; he knows lt1s and is willing to help you out even if you have not got work done by him. I sent over 20 emails back and forth to him about my 355 build, he helped me set up parts for the bottom end and did a great job on my heads; he even went as far as installing a set of springs at no charge when he found that the ones I had sent him were too weak. I dream about how my car will run once I have it all done in 3-4 weeks; its going to be nice, I am sure yours will be better.

ar472's (autolite) and some msd super conductor wires 8.5. little to no resistance is what you need. this is what my friend had in his z28 after trying several other brands.
