Can you drive with rusted rotors...

Just as the title says, can you drive with rusted rotors? I am having my car towed to the dealer to have it fixed by a board member and I don't have the time to change out the rotors before I tow it up there.

Also, I bought carbonmetallic pads and those things are so rough they'll warp my pads after a few days.

What are some GOOD pads to get, as long as its not $70 for the front pads (ONLY) I'm game, but I need to replace the rear and front pads.
I have Auto Zone Rotors for rear and front.

You can practically wipe off the rust, if it rained the night before your rotors will be rusty the next day. It just comes right off before you even leave the driveway.

The car has been sitting around since April 2002, its flooded SEVERELY numerous times and the rotors are rusted to all hell. Beyond just "daily rust" has anything changed?

You can always carefully try them out. If they don't work right, then worry about it.
