I know here the larger 2 go to. But there are 3 smaller ones. I know two go to the heater core. Where does the other one go to? Can someone point me out which hose goes to what?

Looking at your pic, the bottom right nipple goes to the oil cooler if you have one, or to the radiator if you don't.

Small upper left hose comes from the heater core

Small lower left hose goes to the heater core

You may have some other hoses, depending on whether you are bypassing the throttle body with coolant or not and what year hose configuration you are using.

There are expoded views on my Tech Page.

The one that goes to the oil cooler, can I block that off? Or should I route it to the radiator?

Someone else asked that question and I believe it was determined that it would be safe to block it off if you did not have a port on the radiator to connect it to. I think that person was doing a conversion, too.
