thinks like the spare tire and jack, rear seats and close out panel can go, I'm not really sure what too crazy means too you. theres all sorts of things you can remove here and there, it just depends on how much you want to sacrafice.

From: looking for a flow bench so Brook and I can race
heres what i've done so far

TA wheels are a lot lighter than salads -25lbs
'glass hood -20lbs
corbeau seats -25lbs
no rear seats -35lbs
no air --8lbs
no egr -2 lbs?
no cat -5 lbs?
no fog lights -7lbs?
no spare -35lbs?
no jack -20lbs?

to come:
no A/C -(maybe) -40lbs?
bypass heater core 10lbs?
I think headers are good 7 or 8lbs lighter too
K members - 50lbs

Total- ~225 lbs
Factor in that a lot is unsprung and or rotating as well as a lot is off the front end or middle of the car.

should be good for .2 seconds but it will help me handle which is why a good $2000 is being/was spent on it.

Do a search. I saw a thread on here that talked about tons of things you could remove. But they go crazy, Fbird95 gave you a good start.

Not sure of what each weighs (guesses), and you'll be responsible for determining what is crazy:
spare tire (30ish)
jack (20ish)
sound deadener (15-25ish)
carpet (??)
console (10ish)
back seat (25ish)
passenger seat (30ish)
egr (??)
ac (??)
power steering (??)
relocate battery - moves to rear
bumper supports (for those out there, this may forfeit some safety and should be taken into consideration) - front-17ish rear 25ish
front skinnies (each OEM wheel/tire weighs roughly 42 pounds)
cruise control (5ish)
washer fluid container (5ish)
sway bar (10-15ish...better launch)

There's plenty to be taken out, if the car runs without it...loose it, lol...j/k.

Soon I'll be putting in my BMR front K-MEMBER with the upper and lower control arms. That should be a significant weight savings.
