LT1 Based Engine Tech 1993-1997 LT1/LT4 Engine Related

Can somebody identify this for me vo122ysx on block?

Can somebody identify this for me vo122ysx on block?

I searched, but what kind of lt1 is it with v0122ysx on the engine pad on passanger side? its got steel heads, anybody know what its out of?

Cast iron heads (not steel) were used in the B-Bodys..... Caprice, SS, Roadmaster and Fleetwood. Al LT1 blocks are identical, same part and casting numbers. Only physical difference over the years of production is the 4-bolt main caps on the engines used in the Y-Bodys and as "replacement" blocks on the F-bodys. There will be a large "327" on the block, representing the last 3 digits of the casting number.
