Can oil leak cause water forming at oil filler neck ?

I have a oil leak, looks like the intake oil leak. At the same time I also see white milky stuff at the oil filler neck.

The leak is pretty big, about a quart every 3 days. I see no milky stuff in engine oil, and the coolant level is holding tight.

Three months ago I did both head gaskets, I amjust assuming I did a pour job on the intake gasket sealant.

Anyone have any experience with this ?

The milky stuff is from condensation in the oil system and particularly in the valve covers. A long drive will take care of the normal condensation. Nothing to worry about.
