I have the madwolf obd1 conversion and was wondering if I could use the 94-95 slp shorties and y pipe on my 97Z?

 

Yes, so long as you use the Y-pipe. You'll need an S pipe to go from the Y pipe to the rest of your exhaust, because the two model Y pipes come out in a different place, your local muffler shop could fab one up pretty easily.

 

Yep just like Spinner said. You can use the 94-95 headers and y-pipe on your car. You will just need to get an S pipe made to mate the ypipe to the catback. SLP sells an S pipe but you can just get one made too. If you're still running the stock catback you could just order a 94-95 aftermarket catback exhaust and it will all go together with no S pipe then.

 

also you guys forgot one thing, you need the smog adapters so you can attach the stock fittings to the 94/95 headers. www.thunderracing.com has them when I needed them, it is not listed on their website you'll have to call or email.

I've gutted all the emissions off it. anyone have a template of what the s pipe needs to be? This way I could just take the demensions down to exhaust pros and be done.
