Can I unlock a SuperChips Programmer?

Can I unlock a SuperChips Programmer?
I bought this on Ebay and pretty much got screwed. Its locked and now the guy won't answer emails or anything. Is it possible to somehow get it unlocked? Any help is appreciated,thanks,

If u can find the vin number of the car that it was programmed on you can send it to a programmer and they can put that vin number it and deprogram that computer which would leave it free.
