Best way to go on motor rebuild??

Ok i blew my motor this past week and im looking into getting a new one.. I dont want to use my heads.. I want new ones.. so I was thinking about buying a used set for like 200 and sending them to lloyd elliot, then buying a short block and putting my own cam in and using my springs and rockers and push rods along with lifters.. Short block would run me about 2K plus 1K for lloyd and a new cam... so about 3K for this.. plus ill need gaskets, oil pump, etc..

Or the other way i can go.. golen engine service sells a crate motor for 6499.. it has oil pan, gaskets, pump. It also comes with AFR 195CC heads, cnc ported.. Its rated a 480HP with a baby cam. Put a bigger cam in and it should be a bit higher.. This is a complete set up crate motor..

Which way would you all go???
