I was going to block off my EGR but I still need to pass emmissions, is this possible?

 

You wont pass the visual ... But probly WILL pass the sniffer. My dad had a F150 with somewhere around 250,000 ( Alot of highway ) miles on it at the time, and the cat clogged up. He gutted it, and still passed the sniffer on a tired 250K mile engine, fuel system, and exhaust ...

 

Yes & no, if you have a 160* thermostat & fans turn on early then yeah, or cam.
