Can I pass emissions with this cam?

Cam question...too much?
Comp Cams 230XL Camshaft 230/236 duration @ .050", .544"/.555" lift with 1.6 rockers. Think I could pass emissions with this and Hooker LTs or even MAC 1 3/4" midlengths?
