Can I get this thing through emissions with no EGR?

Time to get the car inspected, trying to decide whether or not to take it to the state or go to a private place and get somebody to pass me.

RK sport headers with a catco cat, magnaflow exhaust, K&N cone filter

Any problems passing the sniffer test without EGR?

From what I understand, the EGR cuts down NOX. You may be able to get by with a stock motor if you cut your timing waaaay back.

Um..No. i know exactly where I'm at. I can cut my timing through my MSD timing retard box, or I can have an "emissions" chip burnt with timing pulled.
