MAN, if you have access to the car, Look at the vin YOURSELF, and you'll know for sure. If the Motor has been swapped, your none for the worse. I doubt that, due to the sheer lack of 4th gen engine swaps, and the fact that the girl does'nt really know a whole lot about the car, which inclines me to think she has a Z, and does'nt realize it.

You say that it is'nt as loud as your car.....BIG DEAL. My 383 is'nt nearly as loud as some of the -2 liter 4 cylinders running the roads today (It's about to be). The V-6's have a sound all to them selves, you can tell it from Idle, all the way to redline. I belive the girl either wants to jack with your head, or she truly does'nt know what she has, and is trying to make it sound cool. Either way, I'm gonna go drink some beer. Respond when there is some more info.

 

why do you care about her car so much, go over there, "make love with a fine white women" -chef, then when she is asleep take her keys and look at her car

has some serious stuff for the 3.8 so it could be one very built up car

thier are some girls around my way that drive fast cars and use the fact that they are women to manipulate the uys into thinking they don't know what they are doing and then all you see is tail lights.
