Camaro Lost Complete Power (electrical)

hey whats up the weirdest thing is happening to my camaro lately seems like on random i would lose complete power lights everything almost.... but as soon as i get in and close the door a little bit of power gets through i guess because my alarm starts going off (but really weak) and as soon as i turn on another accessory everything dies i know this sounds confusing (sorry) but heres what i checked

all battery connection are making contact and yes its making about 13.1 volts
i checked all engine grounds and they seem good to me

so i dont know where else to look is there some component on our cars that over time goes out and causes this?? thanks guys

If headlights are going out, too, you have a poor connection somewhere or a bad battery.

I would pull off the little cables at the red box on the fender well and clean them. My car was acting funny this winter and would randomly just lose power and come back on. Sometimes it would be enough to kill the car sometimes it would recover and be fine. I pulled all those terminals off and cleaned them, then i cleaned the battery cables and it was good ever since.
