Cam for these heads? (Detailed Pics Inside)

I just got these heads from another board member, they're GTP Stage III heads and appear to be pretty nice! I'm trying to find out what everyone thinks of them for my setup and what general range of a cam I should be looking for. I've been told with these heads that I need a BIG cam, but I want good street manors and a flat curve and I'm willing to give up some high-end HP for that. I have a '95 M6 350 that doesn't have to pass emmissions. What do you guys think?

They flow (awaiting official flow sheet)
148 .200 120
210 .300 160
249 .400 180
278 .500 190
293 .600 212

Detailed Pics of the ports, valves, etc:

Also, these are my first ported heads so I don't know the difference between "hogged out" and a good high velocity street port by looking. What do you guys think of these?

I haven't measured/checked everything yet, but those should be 2.02/1.56 manleys, LS1 Beehive springs, CC 4808 guideplates, and I think 7/16(?) studs? Could be 3/8...

Can you guys tell if I have Ti retainers or anything about the locks by looking?

Nope not Ti retainers, steel ones

Can't run the Comp guideplates either.

You don't need a big cam for that at all.
