Cam selection is too hard

Thinking about spring time already i'm wanting a bigger cam then my HOTCAM, which will be for sale this spring.

I talked to Tracey before i left for the Army back in June and he mentioned some numbers. From what i remember i don't see the cam in any catalog. I have been looking at the
230/236 duration, .598"/.608", 112lsa cam from comp cam( alittle big on lift), or
233/240/112/.576/.595 but also need input on the right cam for my heads.

IN EX
200 137.57 115.55
300 190.41 155.80
400 240.57 183.12
450 251.53 193.94
500 259.52 196.86
550 261.45 202.57

Now i don't know the what to look for as far as the head flow and cam slection. When i do the swap i will be having 4.10 put in the rear, it also has a M6.

Combination Motorsports lists this cam, which would be a great choice for a stick shift NA car with your heads:

TN-230XL 230/236 duration, .544"/.555", 112lsa

Cool

I don't think I would go with as much lift as the two cams you've mentioned. It looks like your heads are pretty close to stalling out at .550, and the increase from .500 to .550 is close to nill

Just my opinion
