In spring I plan on having my heads ported, and also putting in a cam with valvesprings and rockers. Which cam would you suggest? I'm looking for a good lowend to midrange. Car driven mostly street, some drag. But with heads ported which cam would be good?

Anytime any one says "mostly street", I always recommend the "good ole HotCam." Its streetable and I never heard anyone complain about it. The worse complaint I've heard is "it's a good cam but I wish I went a lil bigger. You could go with the c305 or 06. The 305 is about the same as the Hotcam and the 305 a lil bigger.

I got the Hotcam and love it so far. I don't know if I'd want it any more loppey. Of course, everyone wants their car to pull harder and stuff but you will have to sacrifice streetability for that.
