Cam Question

Has anyone used the comp cams 218XL 218/224 duration .528"/536" with 1.6 rockers. If so how good is this cam as far as power wise. I want a good healthy car for a good daily driver but also fast as hell. What kind of power numbers have you seen and is there any cam rumble. I am thinking about the LT4 hotcam kit but think I may want more than that. Also how would this compare to the comp cams 230XL 230/236 duration .544"/.555 with 1.6 rockers. thanks, shawn

The 218XL is very close to the LT4 Hotcam...the hotcam is 219/228 .525/.525 w/ 1.6's......

The 230XL is a considerably more aggressive cam.
