Question Cam lift and rocker ratio questions

I have an lt4 hotcam that lift's .525/.525 w/ 1.6 rockers which I noticed in the post specs info. I have these rockers.

My questions:

Are other cams specs for LT1's shown assuming that you have the stock 1.5 rockers?

Approx. how much will 1.6 rockers adjust the lift specs of the cams?

i.e. Comp Cams "Extreme" LT1 Camshaft, 224 / 230, .502 / .510 112 LSA, if the first question was yes, then what would the lift of this cam be? apprx.

Thanks in advance

Most cams spec 1.5 rockers

Lift would be about .535/.544 and the duration numbers would be 2-3 higher like 226/232

Multiply the lift by 1.6/1.5 or 1.0667.

.500 becomes .533
.525 becomes .560
etc.

Total lobe duration doesn't change of course, and .050 duration at the lifter, where it's rated doesn't change, but the valve gets to the original .075 lift point (based on 1.5 ratio and .050 lobe lift) a little sooner, so some folks consider it to have a little more duration.

My $.02

simply divide lift by 1.5 and multiply by 1.6.

Leave the duration alone. The .006 or .050 tappet lift occurs at the same spot reguardless of what rocker is used.

I usually get beat on the tree however...

I leave on the first yellow and still have a .600 light!
I'm going to start leaving when the stage light comes on!
