That sites wrong, its 222/230 112lsa.

Its 222/230 .543/.563 (1.6 rockers) 112lsa and I shift at 64-6500 with ported heads. My cam, rockers, springs, and comp R lifters are going to be for sale in a few weeks if you're interested.

 

Typo, I guess. 222 instead of 220. It was close. I'll let them know.
