Cam ??????????
I have a lt1 that i just bought with a comp cam extreme 266-hr-14
and crane lifters
The specs on the cam are:
Part Number 07-304-8
intake Exhaust
Valve Adjustment 0 0
Gross Valve Lift 0.5 0.51
Duration At 0.006 Tappet Lift 266 276
Valve Timing At 0.006
Open Close
Intake 25 61
Exhaust 74 22
hese Specs Are For The Cam Installed At 110 Intake CL
Intake Exhaust
Duration At 0.05 210 220
Lobe Lift 0.333 0.34
Lobe Separation 114
From what i found out this cam is a mild cam but is this cam giving me anymore power over stock if so how much or is it to small to do anything more than stock.

Well, that came is .490/.510 lift with 1.5 ratio rockers and 210/220 duration @ .050 - that's reasonably bigger than stock. It's definitely a small cam...most peopel are gunna suggest going larger. 114 LSA is a little tighter than stock too. It's going to make more power than stock definitely but not a LOT more.
