Cam with 1.7's and stock heads

Running a 94 auto, thinking of a cam upgrade with my 1.7 roller rockers and a PCM for Less tune, what's produces a good hp and torque increase?

You're going to get a lot of opinions on here about cams. Do a search first, you'll find a lot more that way. Second, you really wouldn't want to deal with 1.7 RR with any cam. They change your geometry and not simply a "bolt-on" like some 1.6 RR, which I've been suggested to get the 7/16" stud comp pro mags. Here's some specs for you to browse through, although I think many will agree the rpm ranges aren't quite so accurate.

Don't do that.

If you want to put 1.7's on a stock cam so you don't have to change cams, that's one thing.

But to change the cam AND put a set of 1.7's on it? That's crazy.

Just buy the right cam to begin with and run 1.6's or even 1.5's.
