Update

I decided to give SLP a call last week. The guy was really cool. He sent me 2 stickers for each part, so now I'm covered for the cold air and the headers. I just have to get around to installing the headers now.

Cheating is far from easy or cheap.

Passing the tail pipe is fairly easy with a well setup car it's the damn visual that makes it damn near impossible with any modifications. If you think the smog guys are tough you should see what the highway patrol does these days.

yep - they go through the whole gamut if they suspect you're modified.
