Question CAI Restriction?

I've been doing some reading on the internet about some possible restriction of airflow to the CAI because of where it's located in the fenderwell. Ever since I've installed my SLP I've noticed a Blower-like whistle coming from under the fenderwell above 3k rpm, and I was wondering if this was air forcing itself through some of the restrictions. You guys heard anything about this?

That noise isn't restriction, because it does it on mine and I have the bottom panel removed completely, allowing it all the air it wants. That blower like whistle is just the air being rammed down that metal tube, creates a high resonance. I like the sound

Oh yeah, and most people say that scoop mod is worthless, I just removed that whole panel on the bottom to let a little more air in if it needs it.
