Cai hp?

Can anyone give me a rough guess about how much HP gain
just by adding a CAI only, is it noticeable?

Not SOTP noticeable, but noticeable nonetheless.

i'd say it's noticable, not so much just around town, but the first time i really stomped on it on a highway onramp and was winding past 4500rpm's i noticed a definative stronger pull.

on a side note, i read someplace that a 350 engine draws in aprox 8 cubic feet of air per second at 5K rpm...hence the reason a less restrictive intake is more benificial at high rpms....

ok...talk amongst yourselves...

I second the 10 rwhp. Most of the intakes are the same but K&N and Moroso are good ones. Got my K&N for 180 shipped to my door so it is definatley one of the cheaper mods to do. Except a cutout....................

SLP is the same price as the K&N, but looks a heck of a lot better. I also added an air scoop so I wouldn't run out of air at high rpm's.
