What year C5, what diameter, what width? The offset varies all over the place. Some of them are 65mm, which is a bit much for a 4th Gen F-Body, and might need spacers.

According to a chart from the April 2002 issue of VETTE magazine, the factory '00 wheels are:

Front 17x8.5 - 56mm

These will have a backspace of about 6.90", so they will be betwen the stock 16x8 wheel (6.63" BS) and the stock SS/WS6 17x9 wheel (7.13" BS). The front of the wheel will stick out from the hub about 1/4" more than the stock 16x8 wheel, and about 1/4" less than the stock 17x9 wheel. Aren't going to rub, but they aren't going to look real aggressive.

Rear 18x9.5 - 65mm

This is where you get close to being in trouble. The 7.75" backspace puts the tires very close to the inner fenders, but they shouldn't hit anything. The front of the wheel is going to be sunk about 1/8" further in the wheel well than the stock SS/WS6 wheel, so again, might not rub, but won't look aggressive. A spacer might help, but I hate spacers.

You might want to post on the "Appearance" board..... there are people there who have used just about every combo of the C5 wheels, and you might be able to find a picture that will tell you if you like the way they look.

They bolt right up but you might need to trim the inner ring on the rear wheels with a dremel. I didn't have to but everyone else around here did LOL (all OEM wheels)
