C.A.T.S. WinTuner Vs LT1 Edit ???

Which editor has more features? Which one is easier to use ( for non LT1 programmers)? Which one is best overall?

Any major differences or advantages of one than the other?

Both are good. I use Tunercat because it is cheaper and is not vin locked to one pcm.

I have TunerCat too. I've also checked out LT1 Edit, it's the same. The only difference is it costs more, is VIN locked, and has a nicer interface... it has different windows for air/fuel, shift points, emmissions, tires, etc. Both have the same features though, you have to know what to do.

info

There used to be a great LT1 Edit guide I used, had screen shots and a walk through for simple tuning... I can't find it, was it here?

I have tuner cat as well and it is definately one of the most confusing things i have ever worked with. I am about to replace my cam and possibly heads. My only dread is trying to reprogram the darn thing.

If you know what each sensor is, and you have tuned cars before, it should not be confusing. That however is the biggest problem, most people dont seem to know what to expect when tuning a car, its almost as if people expect a place to enter cam specs, I only wish it were that simple

I use Tunercat, the interface is great IMO, the graphing is nice for some things, no regrets here.

is lt1 edit my only option for a 97 T/A with obdII? I didn't see an obdII application on tunercats website.
