A/C delete bracket, what belt?

I bought the ac delete pulley/bracket at my shop and the GM parts computer says that I can reuse my original belt. Did any of you have other experiences?

I ended up needing one about 3 inches shorter, but you will get mixed answers on this one. I'd try installing the old one, then go from there.

It seems there was two different pulleys on the compressor, early and late design. This link has info.
