A/C Compressor just fell off!

I don't know exactly what happened but my A/C compressor just fell off! I looked under the hood and its sagging way down in the rear of the unit. This is the 5th thing to go wrong with this car since I bought it!

What I think happened is when the people before me replaced the block they didnt tighten stuff right. I've had a low coolant level sensor blow out because they didn't make sure it had the metal clip, now the A/C compressor falls off because they didn't tighten it!

What's the weirdest thing you've ever had happen to your LT1?

There is only the front 3 bolts and then the side two that hold it on right? The shop manual shows a crappy picture.

mine old 96 ta had the three mounting bolts in the front, and then it had a little 90 degree bracket bolted to the back using one bolt on the compressor and one bolt on the block.. but that was it for mine...

There is 0 clearance to do anything with this. I'm going to have to take it to the dealership because the bolts are broken off in the bracket/block whatever it attaches too and the rear support is gone. This car is nickle and dime-ing me to death!

Plus I don't have the time to mess with it as I work two jobs...One 8am-5pm and the other 6pm-2am. Thank god my dad is the lead tech at the dealership here. He tries to get me to do all my own work so that way I'm not helpless if he's not around, but this one is a job for him.
