Well, I decided the car was too loud with the loudmouth, no cat, and mac headers. On friday I got a custom catback made which includes: 3" mandrel bent aluminized pipe, V-force V18 muffler, 3.5" x 18" stainless tips and no cat. The car sounds right on the money. It reminds me of how the LM used to sound with the stock headers, y, and cat.

Anyways, I will miss the Loudmouth but hey thats life. I am getting a cutout put on tomorrow so I can obtain my loudness factor I used to have.

Why didn't you just weld in a muffler where the resonator is?

 

Nothing would really fit, plus I all ready had a dynomax bullet where the cat was. Ahh it sounded like *** with the LM and headers.

Should have done a Spintech Would have made it nice and smooth.

i took my lm off when i got headers...it got too loud and anoyying....i got a borla and love it...i would recommend it to anyone
