I am trying to find another cam but I was wondering if i was taking my chances buying a used cam.....I am looking at a 306 with 2k miles on it......I was wondering if the lobes would be hurt even if it has no visible marks or scars maybe worn from use in the 2k miles.....thanks for all advice.

 

Doesn't sound too bad with 2k miles on it. I'd give something like this a shot if I bought a used cam. Scroll to the bottom.

They should be able to tell you what kind of shape it's in.
