buying lt4 conversion kit but want more power

im buying the lt4 conversion package from gm finally but i want more power what could i add to this to make more power besides porting? could a huge stroker cam help alot?

I think its a waste of money to buy the LT4 kit, why not just get your heads ported and go with a bigger cam?

do you know of anybody in the dallas/ft. worth area in texas that ports heads?

I also agree that the LT4 Conv. kit is a waste of money...go out and buy a good set of heads and a cam and it'll be cheaper in the long run plus more hp
