Buying Brakes

Well, the front and rear brakes on my '93 are about to go out, and money's pretty tight. Anyone have any recommendations for an inexpensive but still decent/reliable set of brakes? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

I helped a freind change out rotors and pads, he bought everything from Advance auto - Less than $200. Changed mine out over a year ago with power stop rotors and vgx pads - less than $500. Depends on how tight money is. Dont forget high temp caliper grease if you do it yourself and inspect and clean the rubber on the pins. Just a note - the vgx pads came with replacement rubber.

dry weather stoping power feels better than stock, brake dust compared to others i have used is at a min and wet weather they seem to funtion well also. So in my opinion, money well spent.
