Busted exhaust manifold bolt

Recently, one of the bolt in my exhaust manifold has sheered-off. I was wondereing, If I just take-off the rest of the bolts, will the exhaust manifold and the rest of the exhaust swing 1 or 2 inches away from the cylinder head so I can put vice grips on whats left of the bolt? Or do I have to remove the manifold and the flange to the y-pipe?

you will need to unbolt the y-pipe from the manifold, it won't move even close to enough still bolted up
