yes you can, take off the whole bea, throw it in the oven for a little bit, take a flathead and brak the seal around the bulb, throw in the new buld with a little silocone around it to reseal it

I got my bulb out, but I don't know where to buy a new one. If you search on h4351 you only find the whole seal-thing.
Does the bulb have a name itself.

9006 for the low beams, and 9005 for the highs, thats if your gonna change just the bulb it's self.

You can swap with bulbs, but you proably want to do both lows at once. If your not going to upgrade to a brighter/better bulb save the time an buy the sealed unit.

There is a Xenon version of the 9006. Is it possible to use that too?

9006 = lows
9005 = highs

I thought maybe I had it backwards, but if you look at the bulb descriptions 9005 comes up high and 9006 lows.

Funny thing: there is an 80 Watt low (Ultra blue) on bulbs.com, but they only offer a "stockish" 65 watt high beam. Is that normal?

It should be no different than mounting any other 9006. If you do it, let me know how they look. Its seems like a great price if the bulbs output as advertised.

If you look at bulbs.com at the Xenon-bulb it says:

Additional Information:
Intended for OFFROAD USE ONLY!

Why?

Probably to cover their a** if someone uses the bulbs in a location where they are not legal. I see this disclaimer on a lot of things.

Because they're brighter then is legal by law on the street. Hence, off-road only. 80 watts is going to eat your wiring harness too. Nothing over 70
