Yesterday I replaced my passenger side fog light bulb. The installation was relativly easy and I'm positive I recieved the correct part.

Problem is, the drivers side fog light bulb is so much brighter, its noticible, and its really bothering me. Any reasons as to why the replacement bulb would be so much less bright? Ive thoguht that t could be improperly aimed, but it doesnt appear so.

The one thing I really liked about my fog lights was that they were always super bright, so please dont tell me to go and buy another replacement bulb for the drivers side to match the unbright bulb.

Maybe the angle of the foglight. One could be aimed up and the other down that could cause one to be brighter then the other

Make sure the angle of the buld in the housing is correct also. If one is even slightly lower or higher than the other, you will get that effect that you are describing.

maybe one is 100 watts and the other is 50 watts
