Built LT1 Wont rev past 5500.

Okay here is my issue, I have a built lt1 that will no go past 5500. I know strokers should not rev high but 5500 seams a little low. I do not drive the car much, I only have 1500 miles on the engine and just started to drive it a little more. I have a PCMforless tune and a Madz28 tune and they do the same thing.

Engine Specs:

95 LT1
Eagle Stroker Kit
6" Rods
-16cc Pistons SRP
GM847 cam
Ported Intake
Trickflow LT1 Heads that flow awesome
Compcams Pro mag Rockers 1.6
Trickflow Pushrods
58mm Lingenfelter TB
1 5/8 Headers
MSD Opti
MSD Coil
Aeromotive FPR
Aeromotive A1000 Fuel Pump
T56
Meizere Electric WP

It just will not rev past 5500. It pulls strong but runs out of steam in the upper rpm range. I do not think its tuning but could be. I recently put the heads on and it did it on the other ported stockers. The Lifters are the only thing i have not replaced. I purchased a complete motor and rebuilt it. I have tried different maf's, and changed pretty much all the sensors.

Any Suggestion?

Thanks
Chris

Something is big time wrong with your motor, of you all ready know that. Did you degree the cam in? What is you compression ratio with those pistons?

Your headers are smll for a stroker gm847 motor. But I doubt that is the root problem.

Yes I did degree the cam. Those pistons on stock heads had the same compression ratio as stock 10.4:1 with the new heads 62cc I think its around 10:1

Why did you go with that CR, its too low for NA and near too high for boost?

What injectors? Why the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator (which is known to cause issues btw)?

Bad valve springs, bad plugs or wires are the first two things I'd look at. Also - a restriction of some sort in the intake (I once left a shop rag in the intake, didn't rev too well). Bad fuel pump is another possibility as is a bad Opti.

Not the valves springs did it on the old heads, New Plugs, New Wires, No Restriction. New Opti Also, I am going to check fuel pressure today but don't think its that either

Just saying from many experiences,, check the plugs/wires again. I've cracked a many of them.

Its too rich, but you should see a change when you hit the wall.
