Lightbulb Build me a cheap yet effective head/cam combo guys! I am in!

I decided that doing somthing to my heads could be relatively cheap and I could benefit a lot from it before I actually build my dream engine.

I want to stay as cheap as I can and get good parts where it counts. So far I have this list.

THESE ARE THE PARTS I HAVE
MY heads torn down, self port job gasket matched all holes and some bowl work. 3 angle valve job. swirl polished valves, I know I can do it. I even have a mityvac to do compression testing and c.c. volume measurments

1.6 rooller rockers with locking nuts (missing a couple)

New black powdercoated LT1 intake ready to be ported out and gasket matched

PARTS I NEED:

Roller LT1
timing chain $100.00

ROller cam $200.00 ?

New lifters $150.00

Pushrods $40.00

Valves $100.00

Titanium retainers etc $100.00

springs $80.00

pcm tuning $???

I plan on spraying this engine because I dont care if I beat on it. I need to know if my parts list is right... I dont know what to buy. I want to have all the parts here so when I want to do the job I have everything. It is going to be upgraded heads on a stock bottom end to handle a little spray. with the current mods in my signatorure but a t56 manual transmition. 3.73 gears.

I also need to know WHAT CAM TO GET! I need somthing that will flow awesome with 1.6 rr's I have head of a cam that has fast opening ramps or somthing similar to get more vaccume. I need somthing streetable for a manual car.

Thanks guys! I know there are some of you out there that have gone through this allready so there are inside hints and tips for doing a good job. Thanks for your time guys, Kurt
