broken manifold bolt

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a problem I have with my LT1.The last manifold bolt at the #8 cylinder broke off so the rest of it is still on the cylinder head, I have a small exhaust leak which I can hear.Would this cause any performance loss if I ignored it or should I try to fix the problem and how would be the easiest way to prevent future problems .

Re: broken manifold bolt

Are you sure its broken, or just backed out? If its broken, yea, just put on headers
