Broken instrument cluster

Ok, my tachometer has been broken for while now. The needle just kinda chills at the bottom. It happened last winter, I thought that maybe the cold had something to do with it? It would work one day, then stop the next day. but now its just down for good. Then recently, I noticed my temperture gauge was also broken. COnstantly stays at zero.

Anyone have any clue as to fix something like this? I've taken out the console before, and everything worked fine after it (problem happened a year and a half later). Could it possibly just be a broken jumper or something of that nature?

Im really not in the mood to have to buy a whole new instrument cluster But at the same time, my car is falling apart, and it needs some TLC.
