broken bolts: this is a new one to me

just went out to the car and I was looking things over. I see the cerp. belt is in rough shape and I took a closer look. I pull on the power-steering pump and it MOVED. So, I pull the belt and have a look. Believe this: both bolts that held the pump on BROKE off in the bracket. Needless to say, I"m not pleased.

Anyone else seen something like this? What threads are these bolts?

GM p/n 11508301 if you want it.

Perhaps they were not previously sufficiently tightened.
Easy to forget since they are tucked behind the pulley.
