Sent him several messages about a retune and never heard back. Called once and he said he was backed up a week or so, but I asked for my tune weeks ago.

Seeing how its the week and day of thanksgiving your reply may be delayed a bit.

I've been waiting since August for a re-tune for a friend's car. 
I spoke to him on the phone once and by email several times. He is VERY busy. Hoping to get a re-tune from him soon.
