Break in Question

I just installed a new centerforce dual friction clutch im my camaro everything works good, but I was wondering how much nice stop and go sity driving should i do before I take it to the track and abuse it a little. I want it to last as long as possible so any help is apprecated

I went for about 500 miles before really getting on it and quick shifting. I am running the spec stage 2 and thats also what they recommend.

like JTS95TA said i would follow what the particular clutch recomends. In the neighbor hood of 500 miles sounds about on the level.

Thanks for the advice, its gonna be hard driving nice for that long. But I guess the long term benifits are worth it.
