Question Brass looking piece on bottom of intake manifold?

Does anyone know what the long brass looking piece connected to the bottom of the manifold is? Mine is crazy rusted/oxidized after having sat for awhile just after having the intake hot tanked. Can't get all the rust off (or find anything that will take it off) so figured I'd just buy a new piece.

Re: Brass looking piece on bottom of intake manifold?

Do you mean the sheet metal "baffle" that bolts to the bottom of the manifold? That keeps hot oil off the bottom of the intake (runs cooler) and helps separate the oil from the air/crankcase vapor that the PCV valve is pulling out of the bottom of the intake.
