brakes are squeaking a clicking!

My brakes have been clicking in the back for a while now, I'm pretty sure that I need to have the rotors surfaced. But my main question starts with this:

Today I was cruisin along and some jerk cut me off and caused me to almost run a red light. So, I braked so hard I got a low trac light. They didn't lock up. The ABS worked perfectly, but now whenever I come to a normal stop I get a clicking in the back and high pitched squeal from all 4 (i think), all the way till its stopped. The rotors (in the back) seem to be only half gone. Should I just go ahead a have mieneke service my brakes system (surface the rotors and brake pads)?

The rear springs have this little coil that retains them... make sure that coil thingy is still in place, I used to get a clicking in the rear until I replaced that pad that was missing it.

dude do the brakes yrself, the fronts and backs are easy to do, just go down to autozone and get the stuff you need, if you need some help just buy a manual at autozone to there cheap, just take yr time and you will do the job right and save lots of money at the same time

My back brakes were clicking about a year ago. I had them cleaned by the dealership that i bought the car from. Since then no problems. i think they charged me 30 bucks for it.
