Brakes not working correctly, help?

Well after keeping the Z in storage for about 3 months I accidently left the parking brake on, now my brake light is on and I have no pedal. Now I tried bleeding them and flushing the fluid but still have the problem.

While in storage I had some work done to the car and the vacuum booster hose was removed, and was wondering if that would cause the problem if the brake was applied when the hose was off?

Other than that I have no clue why the brakes aren't catching correctly. When the car is off the ground and the brakes are applied, the RR caliper is not responding. I thought maybe the calipers were froze, but I think not after I was able to get them to function when the parking brake.... any ideas???
