Brake pressure

I've been running on the same unchecked brakes for more then a year with some pretty... intence driving . Anyway i've slowly been losing pressure (have to press the peddle down farther), probably dude to pad wear. How do i adjust my brakes to get more pressure to the peddle. Also i want to make sure that all four brakes are even for ever wear and maximum controled braking, seeing that i can only go fast for so long here

Thanks!

The pads are still pretty good, maybe have half their life left. Is there anyway to get more brake pressure back without changing them?
