I'm doing the ls1 brake upgrade soon and i want to know what brake pads won't chew up the rotors too bad. I know what some of you are going to say...i know all brake pads will eat at all rotors, but i do know that some chew them up more than others. I have the performance friction pads on my car and i am very happy, but i heard that they eat at the rotors quickly. What do you guys think? I also don't want to spend $80 on brake pads, i was looking at around 40-50. Are VGX pads better?
